This message came to me at just the right moment(funny how that works) along with help from a dear friend who, all she had to say was she believed in me, to make me feel instantly better. I was down because I was buying into the lies that I would never accomplish my goals, and that I was not good enough to be blessed, But that was all about to change, when I heard a turn of phrase that often gets thrown around sarcastically, a turn of phrase I usually pay no heed to because its super played out. However it wasn’t until a coworker said to me “Another day in paradise.” that immediately after, the lord said “Joshua this can be your paradise if you make it so.” and I was instantly reminded of a sign in front of a church that said, tighten your grip on perspective, that got me thinking even further into the statement, perception is reality. If you perceive everything to be negative, and buy in to the lies of the world, than everything will be negative and you will be lied to. However if you perceive your situation to be blessed, and you are focused on the truth, the truth that is in Christ Jesus, then you will be blessed, and find the truths you seek. So if we are all focused on making our right now a paradise then it will be so, and we will win many battles for the kingdom.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will[a] have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
